Okay, again... another topic for intelligent debate. A question you have probably been asked a thousand times... why do you investigate the paranormal?

MY OPINION: If you're in this field because you "want to see a ghost", you have no place investigating... join one of those waste of time and money haunted tour thingys. If you're here to capture evidence and watch/listen in awe... you have no place doing this.

If you're here to capture evidence as a means to determine if a location is "haunted", then you're a TAPS wanna be and shouldn't be doing this.

However, a true 100% paranormal investigator should be doing this because they are attempting to determine the answers to the  "w's" Why does this happen? What is causing paranormal events and activity? It is about finding answers to questions not seeking personal thrills. If you need a thrill... go sky diving.

Paranormal research is the last unexplored scientific field. The beauty of this field is that you can be taken seriously if you do serious research and you do not have to have a PhD from Harvard to do so.
